DO NOT USE YOUR ORIGINALS.  You can Customize any of the forms and print them for your use.  Keep Your Own Versions of the Forms safe in the right or left side of the Folder and on the Diskette.  Please make Backup Copies for your own security. Your Diskette is Not Copy-Protected.

PHOTOCOPYING THE MASTER FORMS

Use your own Photocopy Machine or use your Photocopy Service.  Please keep your Original Master Forms in good shape. Store
Originals in alphabetical order by filename as listed in the lower left corner of each form.

You can have your Photocopy Service make multiple copies of select forms after you choose the appropriate ones.

Copies can then be made from each Master Form onto White Paper or onto Different Colored Papers (Color-Coded Pages work best).

Full-Page Copies: Hole-punch the pages, & insert in Notebook.

Keep Extra Copies in another Folder to use when you run out of those select pages in your Barter & Trade Organizer Notebook.

Please change the filename a little on your own forms, so you do not overwrite our original master forms. Your New Form Filename
